BRIGHT, Mrs. Elizabeth, Beeville Bee, Friday, 1 Feb 1901

Mrs. Elizabeth BRIGHT, an old citizen of Lavaca County, died at the home of her grandson, 
Mr. B. K. TRAYLOR, in this city last Friday morning after an illness of about two weeks. 

She had been a resident of Beeville but a short while, having come here shortly before Christmas 
to make her home with her grandson. She was in the 68th year of her age and was a native of 
Illinois, but came to Texas in 1853. Her remains were shipped to Gonzales Saturday for interment 
where a number of her family are buried and where a son resides.
