Mrs. Choate's remains were interred in Goliad today where her first husband is buried. Friday, 25 Dec 1903 In the account given of the death of Mrs. Ellen CHOATE last week a few errors appeared. Her first husband, Judge J. B. BORROUM„ father of the Messrs. Borroum well-known residents of this section, died in New Orleans of yellow fever while on a visit in that city, in 1867; Peterson Borroum is the eldest of the sons, not Benjamin who lives at Del Rio and not in the Panhandle as the BEE's informant led it to state. There was only one issue of the last marriage, Charles Choate who at present is a citizen of Brownsville.
