Obituary
Born at Shade Gays, Penn. May 30, 1864, Mrs. Annie May FLOYD died in Beeville Texas, 
May 16, 1912, aged 48 years, 11 months and 16 days. Mrs. Floyd had been in ill health for 
11 months but through it all she held up bravely and was a kind and loving mother, her 
beautiful Christian spirit sustaining her through the great suffering she was called upon 
to bear before the Angel of Death came to relieve her. 

Mrs. Floyd was a member of the Friend's Church and her life had been an inspiration to 
her husband and large family of adoring children. Three sons and six daughters are left 
to mourn her departure. The remains were shipped to Capron,Oklahoma where two sons 
reside there to be laid to rest in the Liberty Cemetery.
