Death Results of Burns

Miss Lillian Iwan, sister of Herbert I. Iwan of Tuleta, Bee County, died in San Antonio 
Wednesday (26th) at Dorbandt Sanitarium. She entered the San Antonio infirmary a 
week ago when she came from her home in South Bend, Indiana. The attending nurse 
left the patient to answer a telephone call and while she was away for only a few seconds, 
Miss Iwan's clothes caught fire from an open grate fireplace. Her body received burns 
from the effects of which she died. Her remains were sent to her home in South Bend 
for burial.
