LINNEY, John L., Beeville Bee, Friday, 22 Jul 1904:

Died in this city, Friday evening July 15, 1904, John L. LINNEY, in the 47th 
year of his age.  Deceased had been sick for some time suffering from 
complications of disease and was removed from his home near Blanconia 
to Beeville several days ago.

He is survived by a wife and several children and many relatives in this city 
and Refugio County.  His funeral under the auspices of the Woodsmen of the 
World, occurring Saturday morning, and interred in the new cemetery.
