Mrs. Mary H. Malone, nee Terry, was born at China Springs, Victoria county, Texas, 
December 6, '60; was married to W. B. Malone January 1, '79; professed religion and 
joined the Methodist church in the summer of '91 and lived an exemplary Christian life 
up to her death, which occurred in Beeville January 15, '95. 

She leaves a husband, four children, two sisters, other relatives and a large circle of 
friends to mourn her death, though they sorrow not as those who have no hope.  She 
was the victim of that fell destroyer consumption.  She suffered much during the three 
months that she was sick, although she bore it with Christian fortitude and resignation. 
To the bereaved, we tender our sympathy.

Mr. Champion and wife, of Goliad, were here Wednesday to attend the funeral of Mrs. 
Malone, who was sister to Mrs. Champion.
