MILLER, Mrs. Bridgett, Beeville Bee, Friday 12 Feb 1904: Mrs. Bridgett MILLER, relict of the late Samuel L. Miller, for many years a resident of Skidmore died on Saturday evening at the residence of her son-in-law, W. J. McMURRAY, after an illness lasting since last May. The deceased was a native of San Patricio county being a daughter of John HART, one of the McGloin colonists. She was born in 1832 while Texas was yet a province of Mexico, and was a witness of many of the stirring scenes incident to the revolution. Her immediate descendants are W. R. Miller, and Mrs. S. 0. VON ROEDER, of Skidmore, J. E. Miller of Yoakum, H. L. Miller of Corpus Christi and Mrs. W. J. McMURRAY and Mrs. Florence FADDEN of Beeville. Her funeral occurred on Sunday evening, the interment taking place in the Catholic cemetery at Papalote.
