PAGE, Sarah Amanda, Beeville Picayune, Friday, 5 Jul 1912"

Mrs. Sarah Amanda Page, until recently of this city, died very suddenly of acute indigestion at her 
home in Dallas last Saturday morning. She was 57 years of age and much of her life had been spent 
in Bee County. Seven children, two boys and five girls survive her. 

Grover Page, youngest son, had left Beeville Saturday morning for Utah, accompanied by his family 
where they were going to make their home. He was stopped and attended his mother's funeral in 
Dallas Monday. Mr. Edward Washington Page preceded his wife to the great beyond about fifteen 
years ago, dying at the country home in this county. 

Mrs. Page was a daughter of Mrs. Sarah Thompson, and the aunt of Mrs. Florence McMenemy, and 
James Hermes, of this city. Her sudden and untimely death is a source of sorrow to countless Bee 
County friends.
