ROBERTSON, Mrs. Mary Lily, Beeville Bee, Friday, 30 Oct 1903: Mrs. Mary Lily ROBERTSON, daughter of M. V. Robertson living in the eastern part of the town, died Tuesday evening from blood poisoning caused from sticking a splinter in her hand about two weeks ago. The wound was so trivial at first no attention was paid to it. When a physician was called blood poison had already set in. The deceased had been a resident of Beeville for the past twelve years. A son, Jack Robertson, his mother, a sister, Mrs. A. SWARTZ, and a brother, Jas. Robertson survive her. The funeral took place yesterday morning, the interment being in the old cemetery beside her father who died several years ago.
