RYAN, Mrs. Joe, Beeville Bee, Friday, 23 Oct 1891:

The death of Mrs. Joe Ryan at Papalote on the 21st inst. is one of peculiar sadness.  She leaves a 
family of six children, the youngest only three weeks old, and a devoted husband to mourn her loss. 
 Deceased was a sister of Messrs. F. T., T. J. and Albert Hart and Mrs. H. G. Otto of this city.  
The funeral took place yesterday from the Papalote Catholic Church of which she was a consistent 
member.
