Charles F. Strom, the crippled tailor, who twice made his home here, died recently at 
his home in Simmons in Live Oak County, Texas. He was born May 1839 in Sweden 
and in 1889 came to the United States and lived in Chicago. He was one of the many 
who came down to live on their property bought when the Simmons ranch was sold 
out. 

Mr. Strom was married three times; his third wife was Minnie Strom. He leaves besides 
his wife, two sons, Oscar and William Strom by his 2nd wife, Emelia Strom.
