THURSTON, Morris, Beeville Bee, Friday, 1 Feb 1907: Morris, the six year old son of Dr. D. M. THURSTON, met with a serious accident last Friday afternoon in falling from his Shetland pony in front of W. S. BROWN's store where the street is almost as hard as pavement, and produced concussion of the brain from which the little fellow never recovered for twenty-four hours thereafter. Morris' little companion, the son of Mr. A. F. REES, was also considerably bruised about the head and face, although his injuries were not serious.
