Funeral Notice — The remains of Mech. Frank J. Vavrusa, aged 34 years, 9 months and 28 days, when 
killed in France on Oct. 6, 1918, will arrive in Skidmore Friday, September 16th 1921 and will be laid to 
rest in the Skidmore cemetery that afternoon. 

The remains will be taken from the station to the Catholic Church where appropriate services will be held, 
after which the body will be laid to rest with military honors. Fiends and relatives and the general public 
are cordially invited to attend the funeral of this Bee County young man who gave his life in defense of 
his country.
