Mr. Wallace was in his twenty-fifth year, was raised by his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. CHAMPION, in Goliad where most of his life was spent. He married Oct. 2, 1906 to Miss Jessie PETTUS of Goliad, who survives him. His remains were taken to Goliad on the 11 o'clock train Tuesday and were interred by the side of his mother in Oak Hill cemetery. The deceased was born in Victoria, raised in Goliad and had made him home in Beeville but a few months, but was well known here and admired for his many commendable traits of character and kindly disposition. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved young wife, brother and sister.
