WEST, Mrs. Bridget (source unknown): Mrs. Bridget West died at a local Beeville hospital Monday night November 24, 1930 at 8:30 o'clock and the remains were taken to the home of Judge and Mrs. F. J. Hart, and held until Tuesday when shipment could be made to San Antonio. In San Antonio the remains were conveyed to the home of Mrs. Loyce DuMenil, granddaughter of the deceased, where they remained until 9 a. m. At that hour funeral services were held from a catholic church, interment being in St. Mary's cemetery. Mrs. West was one of nine children born to Mr. and Mrs. Ann Hart, pioneer residents of Papalote, in Bee County. She was 69 years, 9 months and 23 days of her passing. Surviving are her husband, 0. F. West, of this city: three grandchildren, Mrs. Loyce DuMenil, R. L. West and Enra Lee West and four great-grandchildren, all of San Antonio, two brothers, F. J. Hart of Beeville and Tim J. Hart of San Antonio and two sisters of that city, Miss J. J. Hart and Mrs. H. F. Otto, besides many other relatives.
