WILDER, Mrs. T. S., Beeville Bee, Friday, 8 Apr 1921: Mrs. T. S. WILDER, whose death occurred Wednesday afternoon April 6th, was held from her home late Saturday morning at 10:00 o'clock with interment in Glenwood Cemetery. Rev. Nat B. Read, pastor of First Methodist Church conducted the service. Mrs. Wilder was 76 years old and had resided in Beeville since 1899. She was Miss. T. S. Stodghill, born October 26, 1844 in Heard County, Georgia. She was married to B. F. Wilder at La Grange Georgia, January 18, 1860. Ten children were born to their union, five of whom survive; A. J. Wilder of Heidenheimer, Texas, J. W. Wilder of Beeville. Mrs. Sallie Mellinger, and Mrs. Maggie Brown, of Little Rock Arkansas. Fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren survive her. Mrs. Wilder came to Texas in 1886 and settled in Bell County, coming from Bell County to Beeville in 1899. Mr. Wilder of this city died twelve years ago. She united with the Methodist church when a young girl of fifteen. For the past eighteen years she has been an invalid, although able to look after her household duties.
