SCOTT, Mrs. J. F., Beeville Bee, 15 Mar 1895:

A telegram reached here Wednesday conveying the sad news of the death of 
Mrs. J. F. Scott at Dallas.  

The deceased was the eldest daughter of Capt. A. C. Jones and wife of Jas. F. Scott, 
a well-known stockman.  

Her remains were buried at Goliad yesterday where she was reared and where 
other members of the family are interred.
