A.D. 1874, be and the same is hereby referred to W.K. Hammon. Esgr as Auditor

     In the matter of the Last Will of said Sarah Allbright, Deceased

Upon hearing the petition of Thomas J. Bird for probate of a certain insturment of writing now produced in Court purporting and alleged to be the last Will of Sarah Allbright deceased.
And on reading the testimony of J. P. Longley,
a statement of which is filed with the papers of this court it is Ordered and Decreed that said Instrument of Writing is proved and be recorded as the last Will of said Sarah Allbright deceased, and that the testimony be also recorded with said Will.
It is further Ordered that the property devised by said Will reamin in the hands of W.I. Allbright, the colestator, in accordance with the provisions of said Will.

It is Ordered that this Court do now adjourn to the next regular term thereof this Aug. 14th A.D. 1874
