Elizabeth Miller

The State of Texas,
To all Persons interested in the Administration of the Estate of Elizabeth Miller deceased:
John M Randolph has filed in the District Court of Burleson
County and Application for the Probate of the Last
Will and Testament of Elizabeth Miller deceased which will be heard at the next Term of said Court, commencing on the first Monday
in December next, at the Court House in the town of Caldwell at which time all persons interested in said Administration may appear
and contest said application if they see proper.
