      Thomas Jefferson Clark (b. 1854), his wife, Ardella McCann (b. 1864), and their children, Minnie Dell (b. 1882), Grady Leland (b. 1890), Stella (b. 1892), and Lewis (b. 1897) migrated to Comanche from Crockett in 1903.  In March, 1910, they moved to Silver Valley, where Thomas and Grady started a grocery store.  At the time, there were several grocery stores as well as other places of business in Silver Valley.  In 1912, Thomas leased the old Stovall Place, quit the grocery business and became a farmer.  Stella is the only surviving child.

     Minnie Dell married Leonard Kent in 1903 and had Otis, Victor, and Marguerite.  Otis married Thelma Ramey and had Doris.  Victor married Ollie Bea Steopler and had Richard, Leonard, and Ileene.  Marguerite married Fred Gillaspy and had Fred Thomas and James.

     Grady married Inez Gilmore June 8, 1915 and had Charles, Mary Ethylyn (deceased), and Bryan Leland.  Charles married Vynomie Parks and had Tom and Judy. Mary Ethylyn married Elbert Phillips, had no children.  Bryan Leland married Reba Jo Loveless, had no children (see H. M. Loveless).

     Stella married Arthur Reeves Buck, October 24, 1915 and had Ruby Alene.  Ruby Alene married Aubrey H. Rabensburg and had Barbara Gayle and Aubrey Neale (see E. J. Buck).

     Lewis married Bertha Lucille Thompson, June 2, 1934, and had Carrol and Jeanette.  Carrol married Nancy Mounce and had Michael Lewis, Deborah Leah, and Pamela Lynn.  Jeanette married James Pierce and had Paul, Shelia, Jamie and Phillip (see Moses Thompson).
