Local Physician Called In Inquest In Trinidad Killing

Dr. J. A. Fowler, local doctor, was called to Trinidad last
Thursday as the examining physician in an inquest held over
the body of Graham Moore, Trinidad negro, who was killed
in a shooting melee near Trinidad early Thursday morning.
In connection with the shooting that resulted in Moore's
death four other negros were taken into custody by Sheriff
Joel Baker.
They were: Gertrude Johnson, Malissa Roberts,
Bert Ramsey, and Aolphus Mays. They admitted being in the party with Moore. The inquest was held in the presence of Sheriff Baker, County Attorney Hobson B. Green and Deputy Sheriff George Frasier.
