Funeral services were held in Athens for Mrs. Kathryn Herriage, 16 who died in a Dallas hospital of polio and pneumonia. Burial was in the City Cemetery.
Mrs. Herriage, who was born and reared here, is survived by her husband, Haskell Herriage; parents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Hopkins of Athens; two brothers, Joe Dan Hopkins of Dallas and McArthur Hopkins of Athens; and four sisters, Mrs. Alma Lee Smiley of Waskom, Mrs. Fayrene Tiner of Fort Worth, Mrs. Opal McCool of Texas City and
Mrs. Bonnie Ruth Holsonback of Frankston.
