BEN BEACH RITES SET AT COLORADO CITY

Funeral for Ben Beach, 72, retired Colorado City laborer, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Kiker and Son Chapel here. He died at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home.
The Rev. R. B. Murray, pastor of the Oak Street Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife; five daughters, Mrs. Ed Marshall, Snyder, Mrs. P. J. Owens and Mrs G. L. Posey, both of Abilene; Mrs. Charlie Meeks, Torrance, California; and Mrs. Jim Jones of Colorado City; one son, Jake Beach, Colorado City; two brothers, Jim Beach of Evant and Bill Beach of Hamilton; 24 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
