Mrs. Louville Long Brown, age 96, passed away in Colorado City. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Colorado City Cemetery with Rev. James Edwards officiating. Services are under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Brown was born on September 4, 1912 to R. B. and Ora Blassingame Long in Bonham, Texas. She was a resident of Colorado City for 70 years and a member of the First Methodist Church in Colorado City. Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Toby Brown; son, Corkey Brown; brothers, Jack and Leonard Long; and sister-in-law, Florence Long.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Lou Brown; granddaughter, Carol Ann Hildebrand and husband, Max; great grand son, Kevin Hildebrand and wife , Callie; great granddaughters, Shelby Hildebrand and Tessa Patterson; great great granddaughter, Cymber Patterson; nephew, Jack Lee Long; niece, Reggie Jones; sister-in-law, Billie Marie Long and many friends.
