CROWNOVER

A. C. (Jack) Crownover, 76, died Monday August 22, at Kristi Lee Manor.
Services were held Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with the minister of the Christian Temple, David Lelek and Robert Crenshaw officiating.
Burial was at the Colorado City Cemetery. Pallbearers were his grandsons.
Born December 27, 1906 in Erath County, he lived in Colorado City for 48 years. He married Bertha Lee Rose on September 14, 1924 in Bluff Dale and she preceded him in death on September 27, 1980. He was a retired city employee and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Evonne Smith of Kansas City, Missouri, Delpha Rich of Sterling City and Winona Bassinger of Abilene; one sister. Winnie Hayes of Loraine; 23 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
