Lula Gaddis

Colorado City- Lula M. Gaddis, age 75, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2009 in Snyder, Texas
Graveside service will be Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Westbrook Cemetery with Chaplain Alan McGuire officiating. Services are under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.

Lula was born on March 12, 1934 in Chavies, Alabama to Columbus Hughes and Beatrice Patterson Hughes. She married Lee Roy Gaddis, Sr., on May 27, 1950 who preceded her in death. Lula was a longtime resident of Mitchell County and Scurry County

Lula leaves behind her son, Loyd A. Gaddis and wife, Charlene of Colorado City; daughter, June Floyd and husband, Bob of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Melvonia McDorman (who was like a daughter), J.R. Gaddis, Steve Gaddis, Michelle Herrington, Natasha Grider, Kristi Martinez, Michelle Harmon, Billy Floyd; numerous great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Faye Burrows of Paul's Valley, Ok and Bonnie Wilburn of Fort Payne, AL

She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Lee Roy Gaddis, Jr. and her parents, and three brothers.
