COLORADO CITY ~~ Funeral for S. K. Hardegree, 65, yardman for Colorado City Livestock Auction Company will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the 22nd. And Austin Street Church of Christ.

Leslie Mickey, minister, will officiate. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker and Son Funeral Home.

Mr. Hardegree died Tuesday in Root Memorial Hospital.

Born February 4, 1903 in Runnels County. He married Miss. Austa Knight August 18, 1921 in Ovalo. They moved here in 1933.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Manford and Weldon both of Colorado City; one daughter, Mrs. Dudley Chesney of Grand Prairie; three brothers, Montie of Colorado City, J. J. of Big Spring and R. V. of Temple; three sisters, Mrs. Odie Rhea of Colorado City, Mrs. Gladys Hays of Ballinger, and Mrs. Dora Priddy of Midland; seven grandchildren.
