Cora Jesteen Lee

Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church Sunday afternoon at 4 P.M. for Cora Jesteen Lee, with Rev. Alta Hardin of Tahoka officiating, assisted by Rev. H. A. Polnac.
Jesteen was born July 29, 1925 in Mitchell County. She was stricken with an attack of appendicitis while a student at Hardin-Simmons University. She died at the Root Hospital in Colorado City Saturday, November 13, at 9:30 P.M.
She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Jess Lee, and two brothers and one sister. They are, Burdette Lee of Lubbock, J. C. Freeman of Loraine, and Wilma Hudgins of Loraine.
Uncles of Jesteen served as pallbearers. They are John, Rufus and Ross Marshall and Ed, Jim and George Lee.
Burial was in the Loraine Cemetery under the direction of Kiker Funeral Home.
