Belcher #2 Cemetery
Home

The Belcher #2 Cemetery is a small public cemetery in the north central part of Titus County behind the main Belcher Cemetery. Why the people buried here were not buried in the main Belcher Cemetery is unknown. The two graves found there are on the main home site of the Belcher family. They lie beside an old dirt road that ran to the home. The graves are unprotected and the grounds not maintained.

To reach the Belcher #2 Cemetery from the Titus County Court House take Jefferson Street (US 271) north 16.3 miles to the intersection of FM 71. Turn right (east) on FM 71 and proceed 4.3 miles to a small oil, gravel, and dirt road that intersects FM 71 on the left. The cemetery lies about 0.4 mile north of FM 71 and about 0.2 miles from the Northwest corner of the main Belcher Cemetery. Coordinates: 33o21.626'N 095o01.841'W
