Mr. Dee & Mrs. Alma were our neighbors when I was a child. Their property was about 1/2 mile down the road, North of our property. I remember when their house burned. No one was injured. Mr. Dee had jars of coins which melted in the fire. He gave them to me and I kept them for years. Mr Dee, who was in a wheel chair, was the son of Mike Robinett....Betty Phillips

In the middle is Michael Mack "Mike" and Mary Ann Morris Robinett. On the left is son & wife, Dee and Alma May Simmons Robinett with their daughter, Fannie Dee, who was born in 1898 and died in 1997. This picture was taken about 1899 to 1900, just before Mike died.
