Services for Billie Jean Milford, 87, of Canton, TX, are scheduled for 4:00 PM Sunday February 27, 2011 at Eubank Chapel with Rev. Don Childress officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.

Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, TX.

She passed away February 25, 2011 in Canton, TX.

Mrs. Milford was born January 26, 1924 in Gary, TX, to James Harvey and Anabel Heaton Adams.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Canton and Order of The Eastern Star. Jean grew up in Gary, TX. She married Tom on June 14, 1941. After the war ended they moved to Canton in 1948 when Tom's job with TPL transfered him. She was a seamstress, artist and gardener and was a wonderful cook and she was very family oriented.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Ann Stegall and sister, Betty Wedgeworth.

Husband of 70 years: Tom Milford of Canton, TX.
Daughter: Patsy & Michael Chambless of Canton, TX.
4 Grandsons: Tim Stegall
Ken Stegall
Chris Chambless
Scott Chambless
13 Great Grandchildren
2 Brothers: Mondee Adams of Carthage, TX.
Roy Adams of Houston, TX.

Pallbearers are: Tim Stegall, Ken Stegall, Chris Chambless, Scott Chambless, Josh Stegall, Tommy Stegall, Bob Adams

Family will receive friends Sunday 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
