Anna was three years old and the second child of William Tinsley & Lydia Caroline Brazile Wade. They had lost their first child, Henry Willis, just one year before Anna was born. At the time of Anna's death, the couple had another daughter, Melissa Jane, age one. One of Anna's little sayings was "That do beat a' me!". A few days prior to her death, Anna had played on the stack of lumber that was destined to be used to build her casket. Anna was my mother's sister, and she was born 26 years before my mother.
