ELIZABETH COLE
Elizabeth C. Martin Cole was born in Alabama
on January 22, 1840 and died in Van Zandt County, Texas, May 24,
1877.
On August 13, 1860, in Washington County, Alabama she became
the first wife of John Hutson (or Hudson) Cole, the son of Noel
Cole and Nancy Agnes Ann Law.
Elizabeth and John Cole had 3 children:
William Porter Cole, born 1861
John Hudson Cole, Jr, born 1862
George Foster Cole, born 1867
