Is one of those quiet, unassuming men with bright native talent, who is forging a worthy place in public esteem. He is manfully and successfully fighting over the battle that has been fought and won by so many heroic young men and, alas, lost by others. Under all the difficulties, Brother Carr has made progress all the time. He is a teacher and preacher. Has been teaching for many years and while teaching vocal music and literature, the Lord laid His hand on him and claimed him for the ministry. He is a thoughtful, logical, clear, as a preacher, considerate, sympathetic, wise as a pastor. We predict for him a bright future and great usefulness. The churches would do well to loose his hands, and allow him to give himself wholly to the ministry.
