Cemetery is located in the southwest corner of Hopkins County, near Miller Grove. From I 30, at Sulphur Springs, turn south on Hwy 19, turn right on F.M. Road 1567 to Miller Grove, turn left on F.M. Road 275, turn right on County Road 1145, turn right on County Road 1212, cemetery at end of road.
First grave in cemetery is said to be of Samantha Mayfields and twin infants.
